Over the weekend Star Defense version 1.3 launched into the App Store–and it is available exclusively of OS 3.0. This update brings you a slew of new features including two new challenge planets (Soristi and Magna Prime), a freeplay mode (which allows you to play any unlocked planet sans tower cap), and new commendations for you to earn.
We’ve also answered the pleas of all left-handed Star Defense players. From the options menu you can now toggle between left- and right-handed modes. The UI will stay the same, but the towers will trail off the left (for righties) or right (for lefties) of your finger depending on your selection.
